Sanitary Bag Filters

SiccaDania offers leading-edge bag filters for the dairy, food, and chemical industry. Our bag filters are developed to efficiently recover powder from the exhaust air of dryers and powder handling equipment and thus improve the air quality in processing plants.
Our innovative bag filters have a high separation efficiency and are thereby ensuring higher product recovery and lower emissions when used in production with equipment such as fluid beds, powder conveying, packing systems etc.

Adaptable and efficient design

SiccaDania bag filters are characterised by their high-quality microfiber, optimised, hygienic, and highly efficient design. The filters are easy and fast to maintain and have low energy consumption.
The bag filters are produced in a wide range of standard sizes – fitting small and big plants and dryers. Though the design is adaptable and can always be customised to meet the customer’s requirements.
Moreover, the bag filter can be executed with optional CIP and fluid bed powder discharge. They meet powder recovery rates of >99 % and keep particle emissions down to <5 mg/m³.
The design considers the actual directives, guidelines, and standards as EHEDG, ATEX, EG 1935/2004, VDI 2263-Bl.7, etc.
