Southern Fabrication Works will to the largest extent possible manufacture equipment designed by SiccaDania for the US market going forward. A joint venture, SiccaDania Americas Inc., has been established as the future sales hub for the US market. In the near future existing sales pipelines for both parties will be serviced through SiccaDania Americas Inc.
In connection with the signing of the agreement, Neil Justesen, CEO and owner of Southern Fabrication Works and Åge Landro, Chairman of the Board of SiccaDania Group, highlight the potential for the future collaboration: “As two specialized companies operating in the same technologies on two separate continents, we can create strong synergies. SiccaDania has strong technologies and Southern Fabrication Works has deep insights into the market. “
The structure of this joint venture allows both companies to focus on their respective strong competencies: engineering and manufacturing for the US market, while sales will be conducted in close cooperation. SiccaDania Americas Inc. will be headed by Brian Scott on a day-to-day basis.
