Gerhard van den Hoek joins the group leadership from SiccaDania Netherlands, where he served as Managing Director. He brings more than 20 years of experience in process technology, with expertise in starch, evaporation and drying, and a consistent focus on innovation, sustainability and long-term customer partnerships.

Lone Thiel Høgholt led SiccaDania Group for three years, guiding the company through a period of transformation, building a strong organisation and setting a clear strategic direction. Reflecting her wish to take a more supportive role going forward, she now moves to the Board, where she will continue to support the company’s development.
